Donations – Terms, Policies and Conditions

Physicians for American Healthcare Access (“PAHA”) is a non-profit corporation registered in the state of Missouri. PAHA operates www.paha.us (the “Website”). All donations to PAHA, whether online or through other means, are governed by the following terms and conditions.

By confirming the payment on the Website and/or otherwise, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please consult your tax or financial advisor for specific questions about your donation. Your donation is immediate and irrevocable. Accordingly, PAHA cannot refund or cancel your donation.

(1) Donation services–

PAHA will use the donation at the discretion of PAHA’S Board of Directors (the “Board”), but in accordance with PAHA’s stated objectives. Please see “Objectives” and “Frequently Asked Questions” for further information. PAHA does not contribute to or endorse any federal, state, local – political committee, party or candidate’s campaign for election.

All donations made through the website are to be made by payment card. PAHA can also accept donations by check or cashier’s check. Any such checks should be made payable to Physicians for American Healthcare Access (please contact any of the board members for delivery address).

All donations will be processed through PAHA’s payment services provider, Stripe. By confirming that you are donating to PAHA, you authorize Stripe to request funds from your credit or debit card provider.

(2) Unauthorized or Fraudulent card use

If you become aware of any fraudulent use of your debit/credit card, you must notify your card provider. PAHA shall not be responsible for any fraudulent card activity.

(3) Age Requirement

PAHA does not offer services to or knowingly collect or solicit information from any under the age of 18. Individuals under the age of 18 may not provide PAHA with any information or use our services.

(4) General information

Before PAHA can process a donation made through the website, please provide us with your name and email address, and details of the credit or debit card that you wish to use to fund the donation. It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided us with the correct information.

These details will be transferred to our payment provider and your payment data will be collected and processed securely by them. You should make sure that you are aware of Stripe’s terms and conditions, which are different from our own, to ensure that you are comfortable with how Stripe will process your personal data before you make a donation.

PAHA will not share your personal details with any third party, except as set forth in our privacy policy.

(5) Refund policy

If you make an error in your donation please contact us either by email at paha.official@gmail.com or by phone at 888-400-0922 within 48 hours.

(6) Recurring donations

When you set up a recurring donation you will be scheduling a series of donations to be made on the day of the month that you choose until further notice. You agree that all the terms and conditions will apply to each of the donations in that series. When the donation is due, you will be reminded by paha.official@gmail.com.

To cancel your regular donation, please contact us at paha.official@gmail.com.

(7) Miscellaneous

PAHA reserves the right to amend these Donation Payment Terms and Conditions at any time.

PAHA can accept donations in US dollars or any other international currency. We cannot accept foreign cash or foreign checks.
